Dario Urcino Naranjo & Maria De La Luz Cazares Morales Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Emin Toro Judge

This case was called and recalled from the calendar for the Court's May 17, 2021, Seattle, Washington, remote trial session. Counsel for respondent and petitioner Dario Urcino Naranjo appeared and were heard. They reported having reached a basis for settlement and requested additional time to submit a decision document. The undersigned judge retained jurisdiction, and the parties were directed to file a stipulated decision document on or before June 16, 2021. On June 16, 2021, respondent filed a Motion for Enry of Decision (Doc. 13) requesting that the Court enter a decision in this case in accordance with a proposed decision attached to respondent's motion as "Exhibit A". The motion states that, although petitioners and their representative have indicated their willingness to execute the proposed decision, they have not returned a signed document to respondent. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before July 8, 2021, petitioners shall file a response to respondent's Motion for Entry of Decision, and in their response set forth in specificity whether there is any objection to the Court entering a decision in accordance with the proposed decision attached as "Exhibit A" to respondent's Motion for Entry of Decision.

Failure to respond as required by this Order may be deemed consent to the relief sought in the motion.
