Decided September 27, 1948. Rehearing denied October 18, 1948.

An action for divorce involving the custody of a minor child; custody was awarded the wife with right of visitation to the husband; subsequently an additional custodial order was entered by the trial court to which the wife objected, and the objection being overruled, she sued out a writ of error for a review of the proceedings.

Error to the District Court of the City and County of Denver, Hon. Henry S. Lindsley, Judge.
