This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 4, 2022, for cases where Denver, Colorado is the place of Trial. On December 23, 2021, respondent filed with the Court a Motion for Continuance. Respondent's motion indicates that petitioner does not object to the granting of this motion.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed December 23, 2021, is granted in that this case is stricken for trial from the April 4, 2022, Denver, Colorado trial calendar and this case is continued generally.
