53 So. 3d 230 (Fla. 2011)

Opinion

Case No. SC10-1461.

January 11, 2011.

Lower Tribunal No(s). 1D10-1869, 16-2008-CA-634.

Petitioner's notice to invoke discretionary jurisdiction filed with this Court on July 27, 2010, was seeking review of the First District Court of Appeal's order of dismissal dated July 19, 2010, in Case No. 1D10-1869. Having reviewed petitioner's response to this Court's order to show cause dated December 10, 2010, and having noted that the First District Court of Appeal reinstated Case No. 1D10-1869, this case is hereby dismissed as moot without prejudice for petitioner to file a new notice to invoke discretionary jurisdiction once the First District Court of Appeal has rendered a final decision in the above referenced case.
