MANUEL J. NAJERA & ANNANISA NAJERA, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

On January 6, 2022, petitioners filed an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee. An examination of that Application discloses that it is incomplete because petitioners have failed to provide all the financial information required to establish their inability to pay the $60.00 filing fee in this case.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is ORDERED that petitioners' Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is denied. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioners shall pay the filing fee, is extended to May 20, 2022. If, by May 20, 2022, no filing fee is received, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction.
