ORDER

The Court GRANTS appellant's motion for extension of time to file appellant's brief and request to supplement the record.

We ORDER Victoria Franklin, official court reporter for the Criminal District Court No. 5, to file a supplemental reporter's record, within FIFTEEN DAYS from the date of this order, that contains a transcript of the May 20, 2014 sentencing hearing.

We ODER the Dallas County District Clerk to file a supplemental clerk's record, within FIFTEEN DAYS from the date of this order, that contains the complete plea agreement (two or three pages).

We ORDER appellant to file the brief within FORTY-FIVE DAYS from the date of this order.
