THALIA NAIDU, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

KATHLEEN KERRIGAN CHIEF JUDGE

This case was recently closed on the ground of duplication with the case at Docket No. 27754-22S. On May 9, 2023, the Court received and filed a letter by petitioners in the case at Docket No. 27754-22S. Therein, petitioners express concerns about their failure to redact sensitive taxpayer information from certain materials as required by Rule 27 of the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. Review of the record in this case shows that petitioner similarly failed to redact such information from certain materials attached to the Petition. We will accordingly seal the Petition in this case to protect that information.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Petition, filed January 27, 2023, shall be sealed and retained by the Court in a sealed file which shall not be inspected by any person or entity except by an Order of the Court.
