Shlomo Nahum & Sharona Roffe Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes, Judge.

This case is on the Court's April 4, 2022 trial calendar for Los Angeles, California. Respondent moved without objection on March 4, 2022 for a continuance. We spoke with the parties on March 14 to gauge progress. Both reported good cooperation, with just a bit more time needed to wrap the case up. A brief continuance is reasonable under the circumstances, and it is

ORDERED that respondent's March 4, 2022 motion is granted in that this case is stricken from the Court's April 4, 2022 trial calendar. It is also

ORDERED that this division of the Court retains jurisdiction. It is also

ORDERED that on or before April 15, 2022 the parties shall submit settlement documents or respondent shall file a status report describing their progress.
