PRESENT:

Appellant having applied for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders and a judgment of the Supreme Court, Erie County, entered October 26, 2018 (appeal No. 1), January 9, 2019 (appeal No. 2), and January 10, 2019 (appeal No. 3),

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, the time to perfect appeal No. 1 is extended to August 28, 2019, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order, and

It is further ORDERED that the application is granted, the time to perfect appeal Nos. 2 and 3 is extended to October 7, 2019, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
