Respondent filed a Status Report on April 3, 2023, and advised that a basis for settlement has been reached. Respondent anticipates that the proposed stipulated decision will be filed with the Court before the above-referenced trial session is scheduled to commence. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on April 24, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 23, 2023, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision. It is further
