JADON ISAAC NADEAU & OLYVIA RAIN WARINER, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On November 14, 2023, the parties filed a Settlement Stipulation and Proposed Stipulated Decision. However, the proposed decision document appears to contain a typographical error, insofar as it states that the amount of the overpayment was paid on April 15, 2022. It appears, based on the Settlement Stipulation, that this amount may have instead been paid on April 15, 2023. In view of this uncertainty, it is

ORDERED that the Settlement Stipulation and Proposed Stipulated Decision are deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 20, 2023, the parties shall file revised decision documents.
