VIJAYALAKSHMI NADAR, Appellant v. THINAKAR NADAR, Appellee

On Appeal from the 469th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 469-56609-2015

ORDER

CORY L. CARLYLE, JUSTICE

On June 24, 2024, we suspended the brief deadline in this appeal from the trial court's order clarifying the parties' divorce decree pending a ruling on competing petitions to enforce the decree and a petition for bill of review of the decree. In a status report filed September 6, 2024, appellant informs the Court that the trial court has issued a memorandum ruling denying the petition for bill of review, denying her enforcement petition, and granting appellee's petition to enforce.

Although the trial court has not yet signed an order, in light of the ruling and to avoid further delay in the appeal, we ORDER appellant to file her brief no later than October 24, 2024.
