On Appeal from the 469th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 469-56609-2015.

ORDER

CORY L. CARLYLE, JUSTICE.

This appeal challenges the trial court's order clarifying the parties' divorce decree. Appellant's brief is currently due.

Before the Court is appellant's June 13, 2024 motion to abate the appeal pending a ruling on competing petitions to enforce the decree and a petition for bill of review of the decree, all of which were heard on May 28, 2024. Appellee does not oppose the motion.

We GRANT the motion TO THE EXTENT we SUSPEND the deadline for the filing of appellant's brief and ORDER appellant to file, no later than July 15, 2024, a motion to dismiss the appeal, a status report, or her brief.

We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to the Honorable Piper McCraw, Presiding Judge of the 469th Judicial District Court, and the parties.
