District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District
Oct 7, 1992
605 So. 2d 990 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1992)

Opinion

No. 92-00029.

October 7, 1992.

Appeal from the Unemployment Appeals Commission.

Delores F. Nacion, pro se.

William T. Moore, Tallahassee, for appellees.

Delores F. Nacion appeals an order denying unemployment benefits. The hearing officer heard conflicting testimony regarding the reasons for the employee's discharge, and resolved the conflict in favor of the employer. After a review of the record, we hold there exists substantial competent evidence to support the hearing officer's decision. The order is therefore affirmed.

FRANK, A.C.J., and THREADGILL and BLUE, JJ., concur.
