Motion for stay granted by default upon condition that within five days from the entry of the order herein appellants pay respondent the sum of fifty dollars as expenses of the adjournment of the sale, as provided in the order to show cause, in the event that such payment has not heretofore been made; otherwise, motion denied, with ten dollars costs.
