ORDER OF CORRECTION

The memorandum opinion in the above-entitled appeal filed on April 29, 2008 is hereby corrected as follows:

1) on page 4, Mrs. Nacapuy's physician's name should read "Furtunato Elizaga, M.D.";

2) on page 7, line 7, the sentence should read "he used the fluoroscope,".

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the clerk of the court shall incorporate the foregoing changes in the original memorandum opinion.
