PLAINTIFF'S SEVENTH CIRCUIT RULE 3(c) DOCKETING STATEMENT

Mary Clark Nabozny (“Plaintiff”) submits her Seventh Circuit Docketing Statement with her Notice of Appeal in accordance with 7th Circuit Rules 3(c)(1) and 28(a).

1. There are no prior or related appellate proceedings in this case.
2. Plaintiff's action arises under 15 U.S.C. § 1692c(b). The district court has federal question jurisdiction under 15 U.S.C. § 1692k(d).
3. The Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals has jurisdiction over this appeal under 28 U.S.C. § 1291, which gives it jurisdiction over appeals from all final decisions of the district court.
4. Plaintiff seeks review of the February 1, 2022 Opinion and Order granting the defendant's motion to dismiss [Dkt. No. 29], and the February 2, 2022 Judgment in a Civil Case. Dkt. No. 30.
5. Plaintiff filed her notice of appeal on February 8, 2022.
