An appeal having been taken from an order of the Family Court, Bronx County, entered on or about October 4, 2016, And, petitioner-appellant and counsel for subject child having moved by separate motions for an order staying the aforesaid order which released the subject child to the respondent father and staying the remand order under FCA 1027 which was in effect at the time of the release order, pending determination of the appeal (M-5082/M-5083), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is Ordered that the motions are denied.
