ORDER

Elizabeth A. Copeland, Judge

This case is scheduled for trial at the trial session scheduled to commence on March 21, 2022,  for cases where Indianapolis, Indiana is the place of trial.  

On February 9, 2022, respondent filed with the Court a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. Subsequently on March 10, 2022, the parties submitted a Proposed Stipulated Decision for the Court's consideration.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the March 21, 2022, Indianapolis, Indiana trial calendar. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed February 9, 2022, is denied as moot.
