ORDER

On consideration of appellant's unopposed motion to expedite issuance of the mandate, appellant's unopposed motion to publish, and it appearing that on September 6, 2012, this court vacated appellant's conviction and remanded this matter to the trial court for a new trial, it is

ORDERED that appellant's motion to publish is granted and the Clerk is directed to cause the decision to be published. It is

FURTHER ORDERED that appellant's motion to expedite issuance of the mandate is granted and the Clerk is directed to issue the mandate forthwith.
