It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on October 26, 2009 (178 Cal.App.4th 735; ___Cal.Rptr.3d ___), be modified as follows:

On page 2, the second sentence of the first paragraph [178 Cal.App.4th 738, advance report, 1st par., line 4] should be changed to read as follows: In the prior appeal, we reversed the summary judgment in favor of Trendwest on Myers's FEHA causes of action as well as her claim for punitive damages.

This modification does not change the judgment.
