Motion for stay granted, on condition that defendant file an undertaking in the sum of one thousand dollars, continue the present voluntary payment of fifteen dollars per week, pay all arrears thereof, if any, and be ready for argument when reached; otherwise, motion denied, with ten dollars costs.
