This case is calendared for trial at the June 3, 2024, Portland, Maine, Trial Session of the Court.

On May 13, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report indicating respondent conceded the case and provided petitioner with a decision that reflected that he was not liable for any deficiency or penalty for the 2020 tax year. Petitioner has not returned the decision. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's June 3, 2024, Portland, Maine, Trial Session. Petitioner is not expected to appear at the calendar call on Monday, June 3, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before July 3, 2024, the parties shall either submit stipulated decision documents or file a joint status report detailing the then-current status of this case.
