By letter dated August 12, 2011, we notified appellant the $175 filing fee was due and directed him to pay the fee within ten days. We cautioned appellant that failure to pay the fee would result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(c). To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee or otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the fee. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. Id.
