ORDER

Patrick J. Urda Judge

This case was stricken from the Court's November 16, 2020, New York, New York, remote trial calendar, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On June 28, 2021, respondent filed a status report indicating that the case is still being reviewed by the IRS' Office of Appeals. Respondent also pointed out that an S-Corporation related to petitioners is also under examination relating to an item in the notice of deficiency at issue in this case. We will give the parties additional time for progress in the Office of Appeals and ask for a status update. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 31, 2021, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient) as to the then-present status of this case.
