Yazan Musleh v. Progressive Michigan Insurance Company

LC No. 21-004726-CK

ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:

This claim of appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction. MCR 7.203(A)(1). The April 26, 2022 order is not a final order as defined in MCR 7.202(6)(a)(i) because the April 16, 2022 order was the first order that disposed of all the claims in underlying complaint and adjudicated the rights and liabilities of all the parties. The "final order" language in the April 26, 2022 order is not controlling for appeal purposes. Botsford Continuing Care Corp v Intelistaf Healthcare, Inc, 292 Mich.App. 51, 61; 807 N.W.2d 354 (2011).
