It is ORDERED that the motion for leave to appeal is granted, and the matter is summarily remanded to the Superior Court, Appellate Division, for consideration on the merits, limited to whether the commission structure at issue falls within the Wage Payment Law. The motion is denied on all other issues. Jurisdiction is not retained.
