On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 11, 2023, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 19, 2023, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "and the papers filed in opposition thereto."
