This case is calendared for trial at the Court's October 11, 2022, Atlanta, Georgia trial session.

On July 18, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction stating that the petition commencing this case was not timely filed. Respondent's motion further states that he has been unable to contact petitioner to determine if there is any objection to the granting of the motion.

Upon due consideration of respondent's motion and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 19, 2022, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's motion.
