Appeal from the 394th District Court of Presidio County, Texas (TC#3201) ORDER
It has come to the Court's attention that the Trial Court's Certification of Defendant's Right of Appeal was not included in the Clerk's Record filed in this Court on December 20, 2013. Therefore, the Court has determined that it is necessary for the record to be supplemented. The District Clerk for the 394th District Court of Presidio County, Texas is directed to prepare a Supplemental Clerk's Record containing the Trial Court's Certification of Defendant's Right of Appeal. The Supplemental Clerk's Record should be filed in this Court on or before February 11, 2015.
