The orders dated February 18, 1997, March 18, 1997, May 19, 1997, and "July 23, 1997 as of May 19, 1997," are reversed to the extent they hold the defendant not in contempt and deny the plaintiff's request for reasonable attorney's fees, expenses and interest under G.L.c. 215, § 34A, but are otherwise affirmed. The judgment dated "August 11, 1997 as of May 19, 1997," is vacated, and a new judgment shall enter holding the defendant in contempt and including the plaintiff's reasonable attorney's fees, expenses and interest determined by the Probate and Family Court pursuant to G.L.c. 215, § 34A.
