Appeals having been taken to this Court from two orders of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, both entered on or about December 08, 2022 (Case Nos. 2022-05596 and 2022-05623), and said appeals having been perfected separately, And plaintiff-appellant having moved for consolidation of the aforesaid appeals, and for a calendar preference, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion to consolidate the appeals is granted to the extent of directing the Clerk's Office to calendar the appeals to be heard together; that branch of the motion seeking a calendar preference is denied.
