Opinion issued April 29, 2011. DO NOT PUBLISH. Tex. R. App. P. 47

On Appeal from the Criminal District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. F09-60093-H.

Before Justices BRIDGES, LANG-MIERS, and MURPHY.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

James Howard Murray pleaded guilty to aggravated sexual assault of a child. Pursuant to a plea agreement, the trial court assessed punishment, enhanced by one prior felony conviction, at twenty years' imprisonment. The trial court's rule 25.2(d) certification, which states the case involves a plea bargain and appellant has no right to appeal, is supported by the record. See Dears v. State, 154 S.W.3d 610, 614-15 (Tex. Crim. App. 2005). Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
