Motion for reconsideration of this Court's May 12, 1992 order dismissing appellant's appeal dismissed as untimely. Motion for leave to appeal from the December 5, 1991, February 6, 1992 and March 10, 1992 orders of the Appellate Division dismissed upon the ground that movant has failed to demonstrate timeliness as required by section 500.11 (d) (1) (iii) of the Rules of the Court of Appeals (22 N.Y.CRR 500.11 [d] [1] [iii]). Motion for other incidental relief denied.
