This case was originally scheduled for trial on the October 24, 2022, Trial Session of the Court in Dallas, Texas. By Order dated October 20, 2022, jurisdiction of this case was retained, and this case was remanded to Respondent's Office of Appeals.

On March 15, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report. Respondent informed the Court that petitioner has filed his Form 1040 for the taxable period at issue, and the Settlement Officer will be monitoring petitioner's account for adjustments.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before June 22, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents or a status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
