ORDER

This matter having been duly presented to the Court on plaintiff Donna Harney's appeal as of right from the judgment of the Superior Court, Appellate Division in A-000377-21; and the Court having determined that the matter does not raise a substantial constitutional question under Rule 2:2-1(a)(1) and the applicable case law;

It is ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed on the Court's own motion.
