ORDERED that this case is calendared for hearing on respondent's motion for failure to state a claim, filed May 3, 2023, at the Court's September 11, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia, trial session for a time and date certain of 10:00 a.m. on September 12, 2023, at the Russell Federal Building & Courthouse, 75 Ted Turner, S.W., Room 1136, 11th Floor, Atlanta, GA 30303. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of Court is directed to serve on the parties (1) a copy of the Court's Standing Pretrial Order for the September 11, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia, trial session and (2) a clinic letter for Atlanta, Georgia.
