ORDER

KIRSTEN FRANK KELLY PRESIDING JUDGE.

The motion for peremptory reversal pursuant to MCR 7.211(C)(4) is DENIED for failure to persuade the Court of the existence of manifest error requiring reversal and warranting peremptory relief without argument or formal submission.

To the extent the application challenges the trial court's March 9, 2020 order, the application is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction, as the application was not filed within six months after the entry of the challenged order. MCR 7.205(A)(4)(a). To the extent the application challenges the trial court's June 3, 2021 order, the application is DENIED for failure to persuade the Court of the need for immediate appellate review.
