DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications to Withdraw Appeals, Cross Appeals, or Proceedings," dated October 22, 2021, is amended by deleting Appellate Division Docket No. 2020-07211 from the entry concerning the above-entitled action, and the appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated June 17, 2020, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2020-07211, is reinstated.
