Pursuant to Local Civil Rule 1.4, we grant the motion of Riker, Danzig, Scherer, Hyland Perretti, LLP, and, upon a showing of good cause, permit its withdrawal as counsel of record for defendant in the above captioned matter and accept the substitution of St. John Wayne, LLC in its place. St. John Wayne, LLC must file a notice of appearance, complete with its current address. We further accept for filing the answer dated December 28, 2001 signed by Robyn M. Gnudi of St. John Wayne, LLC on defendant's behalf.
