This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's December 5, 2022, New York, New York, trial session. On August 4, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 7). Upon review, it appears that the penalties addressed in the notice of deficiency upon which this case is based are not addressed in the Proposed Stipulated Decision. Accordingly, upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed August 4, 2022, is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 23, 2022, the parties shall file a revised Proposed Stipulated Decision document.
