ORDER

This case is calendared for trial on the Court's October 25, 2021, Denver, Colorado remote trial session. On September 30, 2021, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss petitioner's oral motion for continuance of trial.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's October 25, 2021, Denver, Colorado trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that the undersigned retains jurisdiction over this case. It is further

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial at a Remote Special Trial Session scheduled to commence on Monday, December 6, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Time (11:00a.m. Eastern time) where Denver, Colorado shall be listed as the place of trial for this Remote Special Trial Session. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall issue a Notice of Remote Proceeding to the parties that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding.
