This case is currently set for trial at the Court's September 20, 2021, Kansas City, Missouri, remote trial session. On August 24, 2021, petitioners filed an Unopposed Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 31). On August 30, 2021, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 32) informing the Court that the parties have reached a basis for settlement resolving all issues in the case. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the September 20, 2021, Kansas City, Missouri, remote trial session. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 20, 2021, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion for Continuance of Trial is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that the undersigned judge retains jurisdiction of this case.
