PRESENT:

Petitioner-respondent having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Steuben County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on May 15, 2018,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Cherese Murphy, sworn to July 9, 2018, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Alan P. Reed, Esq., sworn to September 11, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Cara A. Waldman, Esq., PO Box 1701, Fairport, New York 14450, is hereby assigned as counsel for petitioner-respondent herein and may submit an original and five hard copies, and one digital copy of the respondent's brief, together with proof of service of one hard copy of the brief upon each party to the appeal.
