ORDER

These cases were called during the Court's Jacksonville, Florida special trial session on September 9, 2024.

On September 6, 2024, the Court issued an Order denying third party Lucas Von Esh's motion to quash or modify subpoena. On September 9, 2024, counsel for Mr. Von Esh appeared and orally moved for reconsideration of the Court's Order denying his motion to quash or modify subpoena. All parties were heard on this motion.

Upon due consideration and for cause fully appearing in the transcripts of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that Mr. Von Esh's oral motion for reconsideration of Order is denied.
