ORDER

These cases are calendared for trial at the Court's special session in Jacksonville, Florida, scheduled to commence on September 9, 2024, for one week.
On August 30, 2024, the parties filed a joint motion for leave to use electronic equipment, requesting that they be allowed to bring various electronic equipment for purposes of managing and displaying exhibits at the above-referenced special session. The parties further request that the Court allow employees from each party to enter the Courtroom to set up the equipment before trial begins. Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that the joint motion for leave to use electronic equipment is granted. The parties shall have access to the Courthouse on Friday, September 6, 2024, for the purpose of setting up and testing the electronic equipment. It is further
ORDERED that no later than September 4, 2024, the parties shall file a joint status report listing all persons requesting permission to enter the Courthouse with electronic equipment on Friday, September 6, 2024, and during the course of this entire special session. It is further
ORDERED that only the persons listed in the parties' joint status report as referenced in the preceding paragraph shall be permitted to deliver and set up the electronic equipment in Room 6A, at the United States Courthouse, 300 North Hogan Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202, on Friday, September 6, 2024, between of the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). ORDERED that counsel shall communicate to all such persons associated with them that no such equipment shall be used in the Courtroom to take photographs or video or to make audio recordings. Counsel shall be responsible for assuring compliance with this Order.
