ORDER (1) ACCEPTING THE FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE, AND (2) GRANTING IN PART AND DENYING IN PART DEFENDANTS' MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636, the Court has reviewed the Complaint and all other papers along with the attached Report and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge, and has made a de novo determination of the Report and Recommendation.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that an Order be entered (1) approving the findings of the United States Magistrate Judge, (2) granting Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment with respect to the following: (a) dismissing Plaintiff's claims against Defendants' Sheriff Parkinson and the County of San Luis Obispo; (b) dismissing Plaintiff's § 1983 claim based on alleged violations of her Fourteenth Amendment rights; (c) dismissing Plaintiff's claim regarding constitutional right of access to the law library; (d) dismissing Plaintiff's claims based on confinement in Administrative Segregation; (e) dismissing Plaintiff's claims regarding denial of meals, showers, clothing and yard time; (f) dismissing Plaintiff's 42 U.S.C. § § 1985 and 1986 claims; and (3) denying Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment based on Plaintiff's excessive force claims.
JUDGMENT
Pursuant to the Order of the Court approving the recommendations of the United States Magistrate Judge, and adopting the same as the facts and conclusions of law herein, IT IS ADJUDGED that Judgment be entered dismissing the Complaint and entire action with prejudice.
