In an action by an infant plaintiff to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by him, and by his mother for expenses and loss of services and earnings, plaintiffs appeal from a judgment in favor of defendant entered upon the verdict of a jury. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
