On June 2, 3, and 6, 2022, respondent filed electronically in the above-docketed matter three documents designated Answer. The first, received at Docket Entry #4, incorporated an attachment involving unrelated taxpayers, while the second, received at Docket Entry #5, failed to attach any exhibit. The third, received at Docket Entry # 6, was a complete and proper submission.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the Answer filed June 2, 2022, at Docket Entry #4, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record and shall not be viewable as part of this case. It is further

ORDERED that the Answer filed June 3, 2022, at Docket Entry #5, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
