An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about January 30, 2017, and said appeal having been perfected, And defendants-appellants having moved for a stay of all proceedings pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is granted solely to the extent of staying the commencement of trial pending hearing and determination of the appeal. Sua sponte, a preference is granted to the extent of directing the appeal not be adjourned from the September 2017 Term.
